Joy Lewis has extensive experience in educational policy and program management, currently serving as Program Manager, Senior Research Associate, and Consultant at WestEd since August 2015. Previously, Joy contributed to the National Policy Team as a Consultant at Start Early from December 2013 to August 2015, and held roles as Project Manager and Research Associate at WestEd from 2001 to 2010. Joy holds a Master’s degree in Education Administration and Policy from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
