Julie Webb

Julie Webb is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in program evaluation, professional development, and curriculum design. Currently serving as a Senior Program Associate at WestEd since November 2014, Julie has led program evaluations and developed virtual learning opportunities aimed at enhancing educator capacity in data and assessment literacy. Previous roles include Area 3 Writing Project Teacher Consultant and Education Consultant at the University of California, Davis, where Julie collaborated on professional learning systems and delivered numerous presentations. Additionally, Julie operated J. Webb Consulting, providing training and course development for K-12 and higher education. A former teacher across multiple districts, Julie holds a Doctor of Education degree from the University of the Pacific, along with a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies, summa cum laude.
