Lori Toscano

Lori Toscano serves as the Director of Justice Technical Assistance at WestEd since October 2021. Previously, Toscano held multiple leadership roles at Cure Violence Global from August 2014 to April 2021, including Executive Director of Program Innovation and National Programs, where efforts focused on developing evidence-based violence prevention programming in cities worldwide and improving health-related violence reduction through innovative strategies. From June 2007 to August 2014, Toscano was the Director of Baltimore's Safe Streets initiative, implementing the Cure Violence model and fostering partnerships with community organizations and health departments. Education includes a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University, with a concentration in Law Enforcement.
