May Chan

May Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as the Division Operations Manager for Business Development at WestEd since August 2011. In this role, May coordinates large-scale federal proposal efforts, leads a team of over ten proposal support staff, and mentors individuals to enhance the division's Resource Development capacity. May's previous roles include various positions within different agencies, where responsibilities ranged from teaching art to coordinating program admissions. May holds a Master of Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Iowa, and a Diploma in Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
