Sarah Johns

Sarah Johns is a Senior Research Associate at WestEd, where responsibilities include conducting applied evaluations of systems and policies aimed at supporting historically excluded families and young children. Previously, Sarah served as a Research and Evaluation Program Specialist at First Things First, focusing on evaluation design, data management, and training. Early career roles included positions as a Graduate Research Associate and Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University, as well as research roles at St. Norbert College and Northern Illinois University. Sarah holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Arizona State University, complemented by a Master's degree in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Norbert College.
