Sharon Codman is currently the Head of HR - Reward & Business Development at Distinct Cremations and also holds the same title at Westerleigh Group. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles at Clarks, including Head of Global Reward, People Technology & Analytics, and Europe Head of HR Services, Sharon has a strong background in HR operations. With previous roles such as Group Head of Reward & Policy and Compensation & Policy Manager, Sharon's expertise in Compensation and Benefits is well established. Graduating from the University of Plymouth with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and earning CIPD qualifications, Sharon is highly qualified in Human Resource Management.
