Billy Ky has a work experience in the field of technical training and support. Billy began working at GlobalConnect in June 2021 as a Delivery Technician, where they remotely configured routers, switches, fibernodes, and activated services for customers. Billy worked with various vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Nokia, Aruba, Versa, and more. In 2022, Billy started working at Westermo Network Technologies as a Technical Support Engineer. Billy then transitioned into the role of Technical Trainer, where they taught and trained colleagues, distributors, and customers about data communications, Westermo products, and network protocols.
