Adam Russell has a diverse work experience. Adam started their career as an Associate Bookseller at Burton & Alley, Inc., where they worked with a small business in shipping and receiving online sales of books. Adam evaluated pricing and condition status for products received for resale.

Adam then worked as a Long Term Disability Specialist at Unum, where they read, interpreted, and applied long term disability contracts to individual circumstances. Adam responded to claimant inquiries and communicated complex claims decisions effectively. Adam coordinated with medical, clinical, and financial professionals to gather information for claims decisions.

Adam also worked at LifeWay Christian Store as a Stockroom Manager, Sales Associate, and Key Holder. Adam supervised staff in the store's stockroom, handled product shipments and inventory management, and worked with sales floor staff to maximize sales potential.

In 2010, they joined Western Computer as a Software Consultant, and in 2015, they joined Arbela Technologies as an AX Functional Consultant. Adam then returned to Arbela Technologies in the same year as a Software Consultant.

Throughout their career, Adam has gained experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, particularly in the T&L module, including configurations and processes. Adam has also worked on preparing data for import and export, as well as configuring warehouse functionality.

Adam Russell has a diverse education history. Adam completed their Associate of Arts degree in History at Dalton State College from 2005 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science at the New York Institute of Technology, graduating in 2007. Adam then returned to The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they obtained their Master of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Writing between 2007 and 2009. Finally, they continued their studies at the same university, earning a Master of Science degree in Research Psychology from 2008 to 2010.
