Amanda Sherry

Amanda Sherry has extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Amanda is currently the Director of Marketing at Western Computer, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Amanda served as the Director of Marketing, Professional Services Industry at HSO and aec360 by HSO from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Director of Marketing at Western Computer and also worked as the Marketing Manager from 2015 to 2018. Before joining Western Computer, Amanda held the position of Marketing Manager at FirstWord from 2012 to 2014. Amanda started their career as an Assistant Marketing Manager at UBM Canon from 2010 to 2012 and gained internship experience as a Public Relations Intern at Startoplin from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, Amanda worked as a Marketing Coordinator/Sales Assistant at CBS Outdoor in 2008. Amanda began their career in the hospitality industry, working as a Server/Bartender at Ted's Montana Grill from 2007 to 2011 and in various positions including Bartender, Trainer, New Store Opener, and Assistant Manager at Longhorn Steakhouse from 2004 to 2007.

Amanda Sherry obtained an M.S. in Public Communications from Drexel University in 2009 and a BA in Advertising from Temple University in 2007. Amanda also holds several certifications including "How to Research and Write Using Generative AI Tools" from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2023; "B2B Marketing on LinkedIn" and "Marketing on LinkedIn" from LinkedIn, both obtained in May 2021; "SEMrush Certification for SEOs" and "Uberflip Certified Content Marketer" from SEMrush and Uberflip, both obtained in March 2018; and "Advanced Google Analytics" from Google, obtained in December 2017.
