Donovan Hays

Donovan Hays has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Donovan began their career in 2005 as an Inventory & Procurement Manager at Cusano Cigars, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined Davidoff of Geneva as an Inventory & Procurement Manager.

In 2011, Donovan transitioned to the role of Director of Operations at both C & C Cigars, LLC and S4 International, LLC. Donovan held these positions until 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, Donovan worked at Navision Tech as a consultant and implementation specialist. Following that, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Pioneer Sand Company from 2016 to 2017.
