Matt Baum has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Matt started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Store Manager at the LEGO Group, where they managed schedules, budgets, and community events. Matt then became the Store Manager at LEGO before transitioning to work at Apple as an Applecare Advisor, troubleshooting and educating customers on iOS devices. Presently, they are an Engagement Manager at Western Computer, overseeing D365 CE projects. Matt's experience showcases their ability to succeed in a variety of roles, combining technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.
