Western Gruppe Properties is a property development and investment company based in Port Elizabeth. 
It primarily develops properties in the Eastern Cape as the Eastern Cape is the largest province in South Africa but also the most underdeveloped province. 

These properties benefit these cities economically and bring about social change as it creates jobs in the process and brings convenience to the communities. 

Western Gruppe Properties has Two Directors, Gotz von Westernhagen who is a Quantity Surveyor by trade, he has over 20 years retail experience under his belt and over and above his property investment portfolio he also has over tweleve Spar's in his Western Gruppe Trading division. 
The Managing Director Kevin McLoughlin who is a Chartered Account by trade and also has extensive experience in the Finance sector,he came from an investment banker background with one of the largest private banking institues, this dynamic duo saw an opportunity to develop property in the Eastern Cape and South Africa and have since developed a number of retail outlets and shopping centres across the Eastern Cape bringing shopping convenience to more towns. 

The organisation has gone from strength to strength and hope to bring about social change and upliftment to more communities through development and future CSI initiatives.
