Fred Forthuber

Fred Forthuber has served as a director of our general partner’s board of directors since December 2021. He currently serves as President of Oxy Energy Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation. In this role, Mr. Forthuber has global functional responsibility for midstream and marketing of crude oil, natural gas liquids, and natural gas. In addition, Mr. Forthuber has global functional responsibility for Health and Safety, and the Occidental Oil & Gas Regulatory and Land functions. Mr. Forthuber has more than 35 years of industry experience in oil and gas operations. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering and project management since joining Occidental with the acquisition of Altura Energy in 2000. Most recently, he served as Vice President Worldwide Operations for Occidental Oil and Gas Corporation. Prior to joining Occidental, Mr. Forthuber served in engineering roles for Altura Energy and Exxon.
