Catherine Walker is a passionate People and Culture Executive with over 25 years of leadership and Human Resources experience across various sectors, including mining, utilities, insurance, higher education, and health. Previously, they held positions such as Manager of HR Services & Organisational Development at RAC of WA, Senior Organisational Development Specialist at Barminco, and Culture Change Manager at Western Power, where they implemented transformative strategies and fostered cultural shifts. Currently, they serve as Chief People, Culture and Brand at Bethanie, leading initiatives that promote inclusivity and employee engagement. Catherine holds multiple qualifications, including a Master’s Degree in Business: Human Resource Management from Deakin University.
