The Construction & Project Management Team at WRS is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The team includes a Construction Manager who supervises on-site activities, a Project Engineer who provides technical support and ensures engineering specifications are met, a Project Manager who plans, executes, and closes project phases, and a Construction Scheduler/Estimator who prepares project schedules and estimates costs. Their combined expertise allows WRS to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency across diverse projects in the refineries and heavy civil sector.

The Health and Safety Team at WRS is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment across all of our operations. This includes developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and providing training and resources to employees. Their goal is to minimize risks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a culture of safety throughout the company.
