Jim Highsmith

Jim Highsmith has over four decades of experience in the mechanical estimating field, having served as an estimator at Western Summit Constructors Inc. (WSCI) since September 1993. Prior to this role, Jim Highsmith worked as an estimator at LEM Construction Co. from January 1979 to September 1993. Jim Highsmith's educational background includes attendance at New Mexico State University from 1970 to 1972 and New Mexico Military Institute from 1968 to 1970.
