David Berson

David Berson is the Director of Product Counsel at Western Union, where they provide global legal support for stablecoin and digital asset initiatives. They have extensive experience as an international fintech, stablecoin, and virtual currency attorney, having worked cross-functionally with diverse teams across the US, AIPAC, and Europe. Berson is skilled in crafting and negotiating complex agreements, and has over a decade of mergers and acquisitions experience. They co-founded Berson Law LLC, specializing in legal services for tech startups and financial institutions, and previously held roles at notable firms and organizations, including Stinson LLP and the United States Senate. Berson holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond and a Doctor of Law from Columbia Law School.
