Grace Squibbs

Grace Squibbs has a diverse professional background in customer service, administrative support, and IT management. Beginning as an Usher at the Wharton Center for Performing Arts in 2014, Grace then transitioned to an Administrative Assistant role at Western Michigan University, where responsibilities included converting archived student files to an electronic database. Since then, Grace has held various positions, including Strategic Support Associate at Jackson National Life, Senior Business Solutions Analyst at Crocs, and currently serves as a Senior Manager for Customer IAM and Cyber Security Delivery Manager at Western Union. With a degree in Media and Information, specializing in Information Technology from Michigan State University, Grace has developed strong project management, relationship management, and cybersecurity skills throughout a career marked by significant contributions to operational efficiencies and stakeholder engagement.
