Mathilde Morgan

Mathilde Morgan currently serves as the VP of Risk and Controls and Costa Rica Site Leader at Western Union since June 2025. Previously, Mathilde held various leadership roles at Cargill from December 2019 to December 2024, including DT&D Process Excellence Leader and Transformation Leader for the Data Function, where efforts focused on operational excellence and data maturity initiatives. Mathilde also served as Sr. Director of GBS Strategy & Business Development, contributing to significant savings and strategic alignment within Cargill's Global Business Services. Earlier experience includes establishing a regional finance operations center at Thomson Reuters and scaling a Shared Services Center at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. Mathilde began a career in logistics at DB Schenker, progressing from Sales Executive to Branch Manager. Mathilde holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Finance from IFAG.
