Scott B. has extensive experience in the field of IT, spanning over 20 years. Scott started their career as a Systems Support Technician at the Association of the United States Army and continued working there in various roles while finishing college. Afterward, they worked as an IT Analyst at Nolte Associates, providing desktop support and maintaining Windows Servers. Scott then worked at Fetter Logic, where they were responsible for system monitoring, user account management, and providing end-user support. Scott also worked as a System Administrator at Q Mark, Inc., handling Active Directory administration and server monitoring. Scott then moved on to Pro-Build Holdings as a Desktop Support Technician and ShopAtHome.com as a Systems Administrator, where they troubleshooted computer system problems and provided technical support.
