John Howe is an accomplished ecological professional with extensive experience in biological resources management. Currently serving as Ecological Resources Manager and previously as Senior Ecologist at Westervelt Ecological Services since October 2022, John has a robust background in wildlife team management and various ecological assessments from a lengthy tenure at ICF. Prior roles include Biologist at Howe Biological Consulting, focusing on land management and endangered species surveys, and Resource Specialist at Foothill Associates, where John conducted biological assessments and compliance for CEQA and NEPA. With earlier positions at Analytical Environmental Services and The Nature Conservancy, combined with a solid educational foundation with a Master's in Environmental Biology from UCLA, John Howe demonstrates a strong commitment to habitat protection and ecological integrity.
