Bara Frabs

Bara Frabs is an accomplished project manager and internal consultant specializing in business excellence, currently working at Westfalen AG since 2022. Previously, Bara held various roles in organizations such as LVM Versicherung, where they worked as a trainee and later as a project and process manager. Bara's experience also includes positions as an integration consultant at Realschule St. Martin and a consultant for public administration training at FagusConsult. They have obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universität Paderborn, along with ongoing certification from IHK Münster as a specialist in insurance.
