Mitchell Less

Mitchell Less is the Chief Operating Officer at Westgate Resorts, where they oversee various aspects of Resort Operations and serve on the Westgate Foundation Board of Directors. Previously, they served as an Audit Partner at Grant Thornton for over 35 years, focusing on accounting and consulting for privately held businesses in the real estate and hospitality sectors. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Mitchell is a member of the UCF College of Business Advisory Board and was inducted into its Hall of Fame. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive.
