Tim Carson

Tim Carson is the head of projects at Westgate. Tim has over thirteen years of experience in project management, construction, and design. Before joining Westgate, Tim worked at BAM Nuttall Ltd. as a project controller and was responsible for the management, supervision, and mentoring of all project and construction teams. Tim was also responsible for the budgetary and commercial management of the Telford Project Office, ensuring that all projects were undertaken in a cost-effective, timely, and compliant fashion. In addition to their project management responsibilities, Tim also led the change control function, managed geotechnical surveys, coordinated and controlled subcontractors, and ensured the highest possible health and safety standards were maintained.

Since joining Westgate, Tim has been responsible for managing a wide variety of projects. Tim has successfully overseen the construction of office buildings, retail spaces, and residential developments. Tim is known for their attention to detail and their ability to complete projects on time and within budget. Tim is a strong advocate for cost-consciousness and risk management. Tim is also skilled in work package planning and establishing appropriate installation methodologies and build sequences.

Tim Carson reports to Nathan Barr, Managing Director. Tim Carson works with David Marchant - Business Development, Europe, Mark Bricknell - Head of Operations, and Murray Gates - Head of Sales & Marketing.
