John Kovac serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Hills of New York Incorporated and has held the position of Team Manager in Electrical Maintenance at Westinghouse Electric Company since June 2022. In addition, John Kovac is actively involved in veterans affairs as the Western Section Adjutant for The American Legion since July 2019 and has served as District Commander for the 31st District American Legion Department of Pennsylvania. Previous roles include President of the Pennsylvania Chapter at Patriot Hills of New York Incorporated and various managerial positions at TE3CO, including Technology Integration Manager and Operations Manager, from March 2017 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at Halliburton Energy Services, Superior Well Services, DRS Tactical Systems, General Dynamics Electric Boat, and AMSEC LLC. John Kovac graduated from Greater Johnstown Senior High School with a high school diploma in June 1996.
