Randy Larson

Randy Larson is an experienced professional in operations management within the nuclear energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Westinghouse Electric Company since September 2022, Larson previously held the title of Director of Operations at BHI Energy, overseeing construction activities at two nuclear facilities in Minnesota. A long tenure at Exelon Generation from August 1983 to September 2023 included roles such as Maintenance Support/Program Manager, where Larson managed contract workforce support programs, and Shift Outage Manager, coordinating outage-related activities. Additional responsibilities included Maintenance Planning Manager, overseeing work planning at LaSalle Nuclear Station, and Mechanical Maintenance Manager, managing a team of approximately 94 employees and a multimillion-dollar annual budget. Larson also served as an Alderman for Morris City from April 2007 to September 2023, contributing to local projects and representation. Larson holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Northern Illinois University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
