Amanda Chen

Amanda Chen, A-CSM®, serves as a Program Manager and Agile Coach at WestJet since November 2021, focusing on program strategy alignment, agile coaching, and product delivery processes. Previously, Amanda held positions as a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master at TELUS Digital, and Project Manager/Scrum Master at lululemon, where significant accomplishments included launching North America's first membership program and optimizing team performance through agile methodologies. Amanda's diverse experience also encompasses roles at ImageX Media, FlyCow Games, Asia Fusion Technology Ltd, Bourns, Inc., IBM, and Mitac International Corp., with a strong foundation in project management and product development. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of St Andrews.
