Ben Pearce has extensive experience in IT support and solutions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an IT Solution Bar Analyst at WestJet since December 2017, Ben previously held positions as a Field Technician at Telus Health, and as a Project Automation Specialist at Fluor Corporation, providing on-site technical support for the Albian sands MRM project. Prior experience includes serving as a Site IT Operations Technician at AMEC, where Ben supported over 100 users and maintained site-wide LAN for over 1,000 users, and earlier roles at WestJet and Bantrel focusing on desktop support and asset management. Ben holds a Network Technician Diploma from CDI College Calgary, earned between 2000 and 2001.
