David Fox has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as IT Manager for Crew Operations at WestJet since January 2008, following roles as IT Specialist, Senior System Analyst, and System Analyst within the same company. Between 2003 and 2008, David worked at IBM as Team Lead for the Customer Service Center. Prior to that, David gained valuable experience as a Junior Developer during a coop placement in the High-Tech Crime Forensics Section at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police from 2001 to 2003. Educationally, David holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Engineering from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, earned between 1999 and 2002.
