Eric Fraser

Eric Fraser is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a First Officer on the B737 at WestJet since September 2023. Prior to this role, Fraser held similar positions at Canadian North from July 2019 to September 2023 and Carson Air from January 2019 to July 2019, where responsibilities included serving as a Training Captain and Culture & Communications Coordinator, as well as a Captain and First Officer. Earlier experiences include piloting for 535901 Yukon Inc. and working as a Dockhand at Lawrence Bay Airways Ltd. Fraser also has a background in professional football, having played as a Defensive Back for the BC Lions, Ottawa RedBlacks, and Calgary Stampeders between 2010 and 2017. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science in Preventive and Rehabilitative Programs from Central Michigan University and a Commercial Pilot's License obtained from the Professional Flight Centre in 2015.
