Jason Ayling is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Aircraft Maintenance Planning at WestJet since August 2008. In this role, Jason is responsible for all scheduled maintenance for a mixed fleet of approximately 170 aircraft, along with supporting aircraft acquisitions, sales, and lease transactions. Jason has previously held positions at WestJet including Manager of Technical Fleet Planning and Manager of Aircraft Maintenance Planning, as well as serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Planner and Engineer. Prior experience includes an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer role at Jazz Aviation LP from January 2008 to August 2008. Jason is an alumnus of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
