Ken O'Connell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in asset management and information services. Currently serving as Product Owner for IT Asset Management at WestJet since November 2023, Ken previously worked at TELUS for over two decades, holding multiple managerial roles, including Manager of Information Services and IT Asset Manager, where responsibilities encompassed service asset and configuration management as well as developing IT Asset Management practices. Ken's career also includes working as an IT Project Manager at TELUS Communications, managing a technology refresh program across Canada. Educationally, Ken holds a Master of Arts in History from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology from Newcastle University.
