Matthew Good

Matthew Good is an experienced aviation professional and finance manager, currently serving as a First Officer at WestJet Encore since October 2018, flying the DHC-8 Q400 turboprop and prioritizing safety and customer service. Additionally, Matthew has been a Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve since May 2019, flying the P-3C Orion aircraft. Previous roles include First Officer at Alaska Horizon Air and General Manager at Latitude Aerospace Group, where Matthew contributed aviation expertise and managed operations. Matthew's earlier career includes project and contract management at Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Squadron Training Officer at Tactical Air Control Squadron Eleven, and Naval Aviator in the U.S. Navy and Canadian Forces. Matthew holds both a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of San Diego.
