Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor is an experienced aviation professional with a comprehensive background in various pilot roles. Currently serving as Captain B737 NG/MAX and Manager - Line Operations at WestJet since August 2007, Michael has held multiple positions including First Officer for both B787 and B737 NG/MAX aircraft. Prior to WestJet, Michael was a First Officer at Jazz Aviation LP, operating the Dash 8 from January 2006 to August 2007. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Pilot at Northern Air Charter Inc., where responsibilities included piloting King Air and Piper aircraft, as well as coordinating pilot scheduling and training from May 2000 to January 2006. Michael's educational background includes studies at the University of Saskatchewan and the University of the Fraser Valley from 1994 to 1997.
