Michelle Baker

Michelle Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and business development, currently serving as a Public Sector Account Manager at Ricoh Canada Inc. since October 2017. In this role, Michelle focuses on supporting municipalities, post-secondary institutions, and indigenous communities in Alberta with a diverse portfolio of digital solutions, including cybersecurity, document management, and business process automation. Prior to this, Michelle held various positions, including Flight Attendant at WestJet and Sales Representative for DJO Global. With a solid educational background in Applied Communications from Mount Royal University, Michelle has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing organizational workflows and communication since beginning a career in 2002.
