Steve Will

Steve Will serves as the President of On Target - Leadership since April 2012, where responsibilities include developing and delivering leadership seminars and team-building exercises inspired by the techniques of precision aerobatic teams and fighter pilots. Concurrently, Steve has been a pilot for WestJet since 2008. Prior experience includes a distinguished 25-year career in the Royal Canadian Air Force, culminating in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Significant roles during this tenure include commanding the 441 Tactical Fighter Squadron and serving as Chief of Staff during Operation Allied Force, where Steve oversaw multi-national combat operations over Kosovo. Additionally, from 2002 to 2004, Steve led the RCAF Snowbirds Air Demonstration Squadron, achieving over 10,000 accident-free flying hours. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Winnipeg, obtained between 1996 and 2002.
