Todd P. has extensive experience in leadership roles within the airline and telecommunications industries, currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs & Accessibility and previously as the Director of Alliances at WestJet since July 2004. Todd successfully established a new line of business that generates over $400 million annually, contributing significantly to corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to WestJet, Todd held senior positions including Director of Distribution Operations at WestJet, where responsibility included the management of a large call center operation, and Director of Operations at Shaw Communications, overseeing multiple call centers across Canada. Todd's career began at Xerox Corporation, serving as Workforce Manager, focusing on staffing strategies across North American call centers. Todd holds a BSc in Physiology from McGill University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
