Trevor Ryder

Trevor Ryder is an experienced pilot with a robust background in aviation, currently serving as a pilot for WestJet since June 2013, specializing in the Boeing 787 and 737 aircraft. Prior to this role, Trevor contributed to the Manitoba Aviation Council as a member of the Nav Canada Advisory Committee from November 2010 to June 2013, providing industry feedback. Trevor held several positions at Perimeter Aviation from September 1996 to June 2013, including VP Operations, Chief Pilot overseeing 120 pilots, and approved check pilot responsible for conducting check rides. Earlier experience includes piloting Dash 8 aircraft for Canadian Regional (2000-2002) and working as a pilot at La Ronge Aviation from May 1995 to August 1996. Trevor obtained education from Mount Royal University between 1993 and 1995.
