Joan Murphy

Joan Murphy, M.Ed. SHPR is an experienced professional with a background in Human Resources. Joan currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at WestMass ElderCare, Inc. Prior to this, Joan has held various HR roles at organizations such as Greenfield Community College, Springfield Technical Community College, and Westfield Public Schools. Joan has also worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at the University of Massachusetts, focusing on Commission Against Discrimination complaint resolutions and prevention. Joan holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Bridgewater State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Elms College.
