The big search firms were built for a different era. Bloated fees, glossy pitch decks, junior recruiters & researchers doing the actual work, and stale domain knowledge. Designed for volume. Sustained by bureaucracy. Priced for public companies. We built Westmount for everything they're not.
We work with founder-led and PE-backed companies who have our full attention. There are no handoffs, just genuine expertise in Marketing and GTM, a global network built over years in the startup trenches, and a firm whose reputation lives or dies by the quality of every single placement. All of our clients come back again and again because they know exactly what they're getting. Us.
Our precision recruitment services are for Marketing and Revenue executives who want to build winning teams. Westmount Search is your on-brand emissary, cultivating authentic and insightful connections with exceptional leaders on your behalf. As a boutique search firm, we cut out the bureaucracy and get right to work sourcing global-caliber strategic talent who will shape your company’s future. Because when you're building from the ground up, you are who you hire.
