Robert Giddings has a wealth of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Robert started their career in 1989 at State Street Research and Management Company as a PC/UNIX Systems Administrator, where they supported PC users, integrated network systems, and converted to a client/server model. In 1996, they joined Sun Microsystems as a Systems Administrator, providing network and infrastructure support and leading projects. Robert then moved on to Oracle Corporation in 2000, where they held the position of Senior Quality Engineer - Network Test Lead, responsible for ensuring the quality of network subsystems for Sun Microsystems T-series SPARC servers. Robert also managed private switch infrastructure. In 2013, Giddings joined Hitachi Data Systems as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they conducted QE testing and participated in lab setup and maintenance. Currently, they are working as a Director of IT at Westnet, Inc.
Robert Giddings attended Northeastern University, where they earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Fieldston School.

Westnet takes pride in delivering everything that we sell to all communities. The delivery is customized based on the needs of the customer. Westnet has the capability to deliver inside for an acute/non-acute facility or directly to the desktop for the research community. We work with the customer to identify the most efficient way for them to receive product. The Westnet driver is a liaison to customer service at point of delivery if necessary.
