Anton Gemassmer

Anton Gemassmer currently serves as the AP Systemtechnik Verantwortlicher eNET and Umsetzungsverantwortlicher für Westnetz within the eNET project at E.ON/Westnetz, positions held since March 2023. Prior to this, Anton worked as a Spezialingenieur at Westnetz GmbH from April 2021, leading the system technology operations group and focusing on automation, interface development, and data analysis. Anton's earlier experience includes a role as a Masterand at Next Kraftwerke, where a master's thesis on "Regelenergie durch Photovoltaik" was completed. Additionally, Anton has worked as a Werkstudent at Next Kraftwerke and a Graduate Student Assistant at RWTH Aachen, contributing to energy system optimization and renewable energy modeling. Anton Gemassmer holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Systems/Technologies from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Science in Energy and Process Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin.
