Weston Intelligence Forensics LLC, doing business as Weston Intelligence, provides independent operational forensic review of defense-produced surveillance evidence in personal injury, workers' compensation, FELA, and Jones Act matters.

The Weston Sub Rosa Audit™ evaluates the surveillance package across six review dimensions: video integrity, reporting integrity, identification and attribution, operational integrity and governance, completeness and continuity, and documented operational concerns for counsel's evaluation.

The practice is structured for attorney retention as non-testifying consulting work product under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(b)(4)(D) and applicable state-law equivalents. Findings are documented at the dimension level. Legal sufficiency and case decisions remain exclusively with retaining counsel.

Founded in 2007 by Richard Weston, FCLS — a thirty-year veteran of defense-side carrier SIU and sub rosa surveillance operations at AIG, Zurich, and Gallagher Bassett — Weston Intelligence now serves plaintiff and claimant counsel exclusively. The work that built this practice on the carrier side now serves the side of the case that has not had access to it before.

Weston Intelligence does not conduct surveillance, edit footage, develop deposition strategy, or render legal conclusions. The operational forensic audit is the product. Counsel directs the case.

Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
