Andy Mena

Andy Mena is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in infrastructure and systems management. Currently serving as the Technology People Lead for Core Infrastructure at Westpac New Zealand since January 2021, Andy previously worked at Datacom for nearly two decades, holding various leadership roles including Strategy Lead for Group Technology and Group IT Team Leader. Andy successfully led teams responsible for Corporate Infrastructure, managing complex environments and guiding the integration of Office/Microsoft 365 services. Earlier career milestones include positions as Integrations Solutions Support Manager, Team Leader for BizTalk Support, and Customer Operations Manager, demonstrating a strong background in team leadership and operational excellence.
