Danny Packer

Danny Packer is an accomplished business analyst and project manager with extensive experience in digital transformation and system design. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at Westpac New Zealand since March 2023, Danny focuses on identity and authentication processes in the Westpac One digital systems, while supporting the migration to a unified microservices architecture. Prior to this role, Danny was a Senior Business Analyst Consultant at Opencast Software, where responsibilities included managing the Business Analysis domain for a critical HMRC project following Brexit. Danny's experience also encompasses a position as Digital Portfolio Manager at DWP Digital, emphasizing the improvement of inter-project dependencies and implementation of advanced analytics tools, and as Project Manager/Business Analyst SME at Nissan Motor Corporation, overseeing software engineering projects in global logistics. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with First Class honors from Northumbria University.
