John Dunphy

John Dunphy is an experienced Cyber Security Consultant currently serving in the Westpac Information Security Group since May 2023, providing expert advice on information system security risks and controls. Prior to this, John worked as an ITSM Consultant at Datacom from August 2021 to May 2023, where consultancy focused on information and cybersecurity program development utilizing NIST and NZISM frameworks. John's career also includes roles at Government IT, Skills, Spark New Zealand, and the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners, showcasing a diverse background in IT management, LMS administration, and business analysis. John holds a Diploma in eCommerce from the Spherion Institute of Technology and a CCSP in Cloud Security from the Australian Learning Company.
