Toby Christophersen

Toby Christophersen is an experienced professional in digital communication and marketing technology, currently serving as the Head of Public Web and Digital Communication at Westpac New Zealand since June 2023. Prior to this role, Toby held various leadership positions at ASB Bank from September 2011 to June 2023, including Head of MarTech Strategy and Adoption, where responsibilities included the strategy and implementation of data-driven marketing technologies, and overseeing Data & Analytics teams. Other notable positions at ASB included Digital Transition Lead and Head of Digital Experience and Optimisation, contributing to digital design and customer satisfaction. Toby's earlier career included roles at TVNZ, APN Online, and Nielsen Online. Toby holds a Bachelor of eCommerce in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Materials and Process Engineering from The University of Waikato.
