Vicky Thomas

Vicky Thomas is an experienced regulatory programme manager currently leading the transformation office at Westpac New Zealand since June 2022. Prior to this role, Vicky held several positions at prominent financial institutions, including programme manager for insurances and senior delivery manager at Bank of New Zealand, and people and practice lead at Kiwibank. Vicky's extensive portfolio also includes experience as a program manager at Sovereign, portfolio/programme manager at Thames-Coromandel District Council, and various senior roles at Westpac and Genesis Energy. Vicky has a strong background in project management and PMO implementation, having contributed to organizations such as the Department of Health and Health Benefits Limited.
