Alan Epstein

Alan Epstein is an experienced Program Director at Westpac since January 2013, overseeing major releases in the core banking platform program for Consumer and Business Banking. Epstein previously served as Head of Operational Excellence, leading performance management initiatives, and delivered continuous operational improvements as Program Director. Prior to Westpac, Epstein held senior roles at Westfield, Vodafone, KPMG, and Abbey National Treasury Services, demonstrating expertise in project and program management, financial services, and operational excellence across various sectors. Alan Epstein holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an honors degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Cape Town.
