Allan Chen

Allan Chen is an experienced investment professional currently serving as the Head of Private Markets at Qantas Superannuation, where they lead investments in private equity, real assets, venture capital, and impact. With over 18 years in the financial sector, they have developed expertise in sustainable investment and ESG integration. Allan previously worked as Chief Financial Officer at Better Medical, where they facilitated a significant merger, and has held roles at PwC and Goldman Sachs, contributing to major M&A transactions. In addition, they are an Investment Committee Member at Pembroke School and an Investment Director at Westpac. Allan holds a B.Comm & B.Fin from the University of Adelaide and is a CA member from the ICAA.
